A proof of purchase or any authorized warranty proof must be presented with products

*** Warranty does not cover for below cases ***

  • Misuse or abusive use of product / cosmetic parts
  • Damage done by foreign objects / physical force – Liquid / Sand / Insect etc.
  • Use of non authorized / non-standard parts
  • Unauthorized repairs or modification done / Unit Tampered by unauthorized agent
  • Password setting / Network lock
  • Warranty details mismatching (Proof Of Purchase, IMEI/Serial Number, damaged warranty sealer label)
  • Overseas model

Any loss of data caused by repair requirement is not covered by warranty. Data backing up beforehand is recommended.

Replaced faulty parts or components will not be returned to customers

Warranty does not cover postage

Repair completed products must be collected within 14 days from the date of notification of repair completion

iCURE has the right to use customers information for repair service purpose only
